Usage Limits and Quota

Included usage

Your active plan defines how much usage you can consume during each quota period. MaxLabs applies the limits of the account that is active when the request starts.

When you reach a limit

MaxLabs may stop new requests when the included quota is exhausted. A company may also allow controlled additional usage up to a spending limit.

This protects both the user and the company from unexpected costs.

Request more quota

If your Work account needs more usage:

1. Open the usage or quota page.
2. Submit an additional quota request.
3. Explain why you need the increase.
4. Wait for a company administrator to approve or reject it.

An approved request applies only to the selected Work account. It does not increase your Personal quota or the quota of another company.

API spending limits

Company administrators can set spending limits for additional API usage. Requests stop when the relevant limit is reached. Ask an administrator to increase the limit if the work must continue.
