Personal and Work Accounts

Personal account

Use your Personal account for your own projects and expenses. Its subscription, account credit, usage, and payment history belong to you.

Work account

A Work account represents your access to a company in MaxLabs. The company administrator assigns your plan, quota, and spending permissions.

You may belong to more than one company. Each company appears as a separate Work account.

Why the active account matters

The active account controls:

• Who pays for the request.
• Which subscription or balance MaxLabs uses.
• Which usage limits apply.
• Which company administrators can review the usage.

Your account choice does not change the files in your local project. It changes access and billing for MaxLabs requests.

Account availability

A Work account may become unavailable when:

• An administrator removes your company membership.
• Your assigned seat becomes inactive.
• The company subscription no longer covers your seat.

If this happens, switch to another connected account or ask the company administrator to restore your access.
