Choose who pays

MaxLabs keeps personal and work billing separate.

• Your Personal account uses your own subscription, balance, and usage limits.
• A Work account uses the company subscription and limits assigned to you.

Always check the active account before you start a long or expensive task. MaxLabs charges usage to the account shown in the application.

Billing options

Depending on your account, you may use:

• A recurring subscription with included usage.
• Pay-as-you-go billing.
• Prepaid account credit.
• A company subscription assigned by an administrator.

The billing page shows the options available to your account.

Keep billing separate

Switching accounts also switches the billing context. Personal usage does not consume a company quota. Work usage does not consume your personal balance.

A task that has already started stays with its original account. Finish or stop the task before switching accounts.
