Pay-as-you-go usage

Pay-as-you-go billing charges for the usage that your Personal account consumes. This option can help when you do not need a recurring subscription.

Review the displayed model price and your expected workload before starting a large task.

Add account credit

You may add prepaid credit from the billing page when this option is available. Successful payments increase the balance of the account used during checkout.

Credit belongs to that account. It does not move automatically between Personal and Work accounts.

Check the active account

Before adding credit, confirm that the billing page shows the intended Personal account. Company usage normally belongs to the company's subscription and should not require a personal recharge.

Payment pending or failed

Do not repeat a payment immediately if the result is unclear. Refresh the billing page and check the payment status first. Repeated attempts may create more than one charge.
